Join the Admissions team for one of our upcoming in-person or virtual information sessions and see for yourself all that MassBay has to offer!

Choose from a General Information Session to learn more about the admissions and enrollment process, or attend a program-specific information session to explore a particular academic program in greater detail.


 

All information sessions are free of charge and provide a great opportunity to:
  • Learn more about MassBay and our program
  • Understand the admissions and enrollment process
  • Ask questions and connect with Admissions staff
  • Get the information you need to take your next step

Health Science Program Information Sessions

If you are planning to apply to one of the Health Sciences programs listed below, attending the program-specific information session is required as part of the application process.
  • Central Processing Technology
  • Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • EMT/Paramedicine
  • Health Studies Session: ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Skills & Phlebotomy Technician
  • Nursing (ADN or PN)
  • Radiologic Technology: Sign-up for a live virtual session below or complete the online session on your own time)
  • Surgical Technology

Important Update for Fall 2026 Selective Programs:

All applications for Fall 2026Selective Health & Automotive Programs (Associate Degrees and Certificates) are now closed. All programs have reached full capacity, and we are no longer accepting applications.

Please see the selective health programs webpage or the automotive programs webpage for future application cycles and upcoming admissions deadlines.

The MassBay general application will open in mid-September for the 2027 programs. We will schedule additional information sessions for these programs beginning in mid-September when the application opens.

How to Sign Up for a Session
  1. Choose a session topic: Select the session topic that best fits your goals.
  2. Select a date, time, and location: Choose the option that best fits your schedule and availability.
  3. Complete the registration form: Submit the registration form to reserve your spot.
  4. Check your email: Check your email regularly for important session details, instructions, and reminders.
Finding Available Sessions:
  • All currently available sessions are shown in green on the calendar.
  • New session dates are added on a rolling basis as they become available. We typically offer sessions monthly to bi-weekly, depending on the program and level of interest.
